Really true.. practice makes man perfect.If you practice every day you would be confident and you will be use to the environment and this will help for quick action during race time.This improve their skills and help them to give better performance.

I am totally agree with Diana that The more you practice, the better your skills are. And due to more practice you can perform well in the game.

The only way a kid is going to practice is if it's total fun for him.Training gives us an outlet for suppressed energies created by stress and thus tones the spirit just as exercise conditions the body.It's great that you are giving training in school.
